Meet Dr. GraceDr. Bose Grace Anifowose, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, APRN
Dr. Bose Grace Anifowose, who goes by “Dr. Grace,” is the President & CEO of Tenacity Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, PLLC. She is a dual-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in medical and psychiatric care. She initially attended Glendale Community College, where she received her associate degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN), then to Grand Canyon University, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN). She has more than 20 years of outstanding bedside nursing experience. She then pursued her interest in family nurse practitioner and graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix in 2015. She returned to Grand Canyon University to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2017. She has a passion for integrated care, which prompted her to receive her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she became board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a MAT Waiver Practitioner providing safe and non-judgmental care for individuals struggling with substance use addictions and related behaviors. She has a track record of delivering excellent patient care, a dedicated practitioner for the past seven years with a reputation for consistently going beyond what is required and everything necessary to be a productive team member.
Dr. Grace is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association (ANA), Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA), Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Dr. Grace is happily married and a mother to four beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys socializing with her family and friends. Dr. Grace also enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. She strongly maintains a positive outlook on life, keeping her Christian faith and family and helping others as her top priorities.
